HOW TO GET YOUR
ALUMNI ID CARD


  • 2011 Graduates - Turn in your student ID card within 60 days of graduation to the ID Center.
  • 2010 & Prior Graduates - Make a contribution of any dollar amount to the Baruch College Fund. Donate online or in person at the Office of Alumni Relations. Once you receive a receipt of your tax-deductible contribution, bring it to the ID Center to get your alumni ID.

Keep in touch with your alma mater. Activate your alumni ID every year to obtain the following perks and services:

Campus Facilities

  • Access to the William and Anita Newman Library
  • Ability to use the on-campus research database systems. (Bring your alumni ID card to the circulation desk to activate your library privileges.)
  • Visit the William and Anita Newman Vertical Campus. (Inform security the purpose you are entering the NVC.)
  • Attend free exhibits at the Sidney Mishkin Gallery

Networking & Career Opportunities

  • Access to the online alumni directory - search for old friends and classmates, while meeting fellow alumni from Baruch
  • Browse class notes - read up on the latest news submitted by your classmates, update your email address, and/or create your own profile to keep friends up to date on your professional life and personal achievements
  • Search the alumni job databank - find jobs posted by members of the online community that are available specifically for Baruch alumni
  • Career counseling, assistance, workshops, and seminars through Baruch's STARR Career Development Center

  • Discounts to nearby hotels for Baruch alumni, faculty, staff and students with a valid Baruch ID.
  • Free general admission to the Rubin Museum of Art. (Show your Baruch alumni ID at the admissions desk.)
    If you are a senior (65 and older), you can attend for free on the first Monday of every month; just prove your date of birth.
  • Working Advantage - alumni are eligible for their benefits & discounts. Save money on entertainment, travel, lodging and so much more. Registration is FREE but required. You must create an account with the Baruch ID. To obtain the Baruch ID, please contact the Office of Alumni Relations.

Transcripts

Need a transcript for grad school or to present to an employer?  Submit a request for copies of your transcript.

Diplomas

Never picked up your diploma? To request a Duplicate Diploma you must provide a notarized letter stating that your original diploma has been misplaced, lost, damaged or stolen, and that you would like to obtain a duplicate copy. There is a $15 fee (check or money order made out to Baruch College). Cash payment needs to be brought directly to the Bursar’s Office. Please send the notarized letter and payment to the following address:

Need a copy of your yearbook? A limited number of yearbooks from varying years are available for purchase. Please contact us and we'll let you know if we have your yearbook in stock. Additionally, the William and Anita Newman Library maintains an archive of college yearbooks for review only.
